Hon. Gizella Tetteh-Agbotui
Hon. Gizella Akushika Tetteh-Agbotui represents Awutu Senya West in Ghana's Parliament and serves as Deputy Minister for Works, Housing and Water Resources. An architect with more than 28 years of experience in architecture, construction, and real estate, she brings technical depth to both constituency service and national policy.
In the constituency, her scholarship programme has supported more than 400 tertiary students since 2021, alongside skills and licensing support for drivers and riders. In Parliament, she focuses on water, housing, infrastructure, and the everyday needs families raise in town halls, community visits, and direct engagement with traditional authorities, youth groups, market women, and faith leaders.

Annual awards for needy but brilliant students pursuing higher education. The programme began in June 2021 with 30 beneficiaries and has since supported more than 400 students, including a GHC150,000 package for 100 students in April 2026.
A subsidised three-day programme that trained, regularised, and issued licences to more than 200 unlicensed drivers and motor riders in the constituency, with a pledge to repeat the support annually.

At Bawjiase, Hon. Tetteh-Agbotui presented scholarships to 100 needy but brilliant students. The annual programme has now supported more than 400 beneficiaries across six years.
Hon. Tetteh-Agbotui won 33,995 votes to Eugene Arhin's 26,937, breaking the long-standing one-term pattern in Awutu Senya West and securing a mandate for continuity.
Following nomination by President John Dramani Mahama, Hon. Tetteh-Agbotui appeared before Parliament's Appointments Committee and outlined her priorities for decentralised housing and rural infrastructure.
